Flat springs
Mollificio Felsineo produces flat springs for the most different applications. Materials: stainless steel, high or low carbon steel, special sorbitic steels, copper alloys, brass, bronze.
Thickness from 0.10 mm to 5 mm. The maximum limit is dictated by our 60 ton press.
Spiral Springs
We produce a large range of Archimedean spiral springs, including violin F-holes springs in stainless steel, sorbitic, structured and silicon steel with thickness from 0.15 to 2 mm and width up to 80 mm.
The total length of the bands can be in excess of 18 m and more if required. We offer, for those type of springs, special experience in the evaluation of fatigue resistance.
Shaped springs
For a large variety of applications, we produce complex custom shaped springs on multiforming CNC machines capable of max 12 controlled axes, using wire in carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze.
Wire diameters between 0.2 and 4 mm.
Compression springs
We produce with competence all types of currently used compression springs in shapes like: cylindrical, conical, barrel, hourglass, constant or variable pitch, using stainless steel, high or low carbon steel, copper alloys, brass, bronze.
Wire diameters between 0.15 and 20 mm. External spring diameters between 2 mm and 200 mm and length up to 1000 mm.
Tension springs
We produce with competence all types of currently used traction springs, using stainless steel, high or low carbon steel, special textured, sorbitic steels, copper alloys, brass, bronze
Wire diameters between 0,15 and 20 mm
External spring diametrs between 2 mm and 100 mm and length until 1000 mm.
Torsion springs
We produce with competence all types of currently used torsion springs, using stainless steel, high or low carbon steel, special sorbitic steels, copper alloys, brass, bronze.
Wire diameters between 0.15 and 10 mm. External spring diameters up to 100 mm and bands to 10 mm x 2 mm.
